I ♥ NY
Just to clarify - I didn't actually die in Dallas. I know. Drama queen. I did return unharmed only to then get on a plane with my girls (Rachel, Megan, Jennifer, Jill) for Rachel's bachelorette weekend in NYC at Jenn's new hood in Chelsea. We had such a blast! It was actually (embarassingly) my first time to New York. I loved it and did not want to leave. I am trying to get all the pics together... then I will post about it in more detail.
Then... I consider this a good one... Megan and I demanded to take another trip to the Sephora in Times Square (there had been multiple trips. Shocker I know) and while the others had moved on to another store... as Megan and I were walking out of the store we practically ran into... Mr. Big. Chris Noth from Sex and The City. He was pushing his brand new baby daughter in a stroller with a few other men and was decked out in a suit - oh he looked so handsome. With my obsession with SATC and all the buzz and anticipation surrounding the movie coming out on Friday (I can't believe its finally here!), it took all the restraint in my body not to stop him and ask for a photo. We could have -we were Label: celebrities, friends

Its goin' online! That is so 2008. Dance War Baby!
UPDATE (8/3/2008)
LIVE Baby! Tomorrow night Miley Cyrus is hosting the Teen Choice Awards - who cares, right? - but the cool part is that ACDC and M&M Cru are going to battle live during the award shows. I have a feeling there are going to be some insane cameos. I think it'll be really cool. Thanks to me, you know exactly what is going on!
UPDATE (6/10/2008)
Miley and Mandy (now known as the M&M Cru) have RETALIATED (see vid below). Daaaaang. This stuff is off da hook. Its just hella cool. Even though M&M Cru had their random but cool celebrity cameos (albeit more C-listers than ACDC including Channing Tatum, Ryan Seacrest, Joey Fatone, Carson Daly, Chris Kattan, Jenna Dewan, Emmanuelle Chriqui) which is always fun to see... more importantly was their wicked cool dancers. They had some of the best dance crews and dancers in the country in this compilation! I mean add all of them with a magic trick by freakin' David Blaine?. A pretty impressive rebuff to ACDC. (Although I think ACDC has a slight edge over M&M... in my humble personal opinion) I hope these two groups keep these going. I love love love it. So fun to watch! Such insane dancing.
UPDATE (5/22/2008)
Miley and Mandy have made a little update video declaring they will be releasing their next battle against ACDC on June 10th. I love all the effort these people are putting in! Can't wait to see what kind of cameos Miley can wrestle up.
UPDATE (5/16/2008)

4/12/2008 :
Okay I personally think this is really funny. You might not care, but try! Do you know about the Youtube videos of Miley Cyrus and her friend Mandy that everyone on the internet has made such a big deal about [their Youtube site]... okay maybe not but for some reason people really have made a big deal about it and their great dancing (huh?) and of course I keep my finger on the pulse of all important goings on in the world of pop culture.
Sooooo as a result, Step Up 2: The Streets director Jon M. Chu and Adam Sevani (who played Moose in the movie) have waged a war against America's sweetheart (aka Miley Cyrus) and her best friend and YouTube video show co-host Mandy. Why, you may ask? Believe it or not, it's all in the name of dance. Because Miley/Mandy 'ain't all that. Jon's officially taking the dance contest out of the streets and is trying to move it online for what he calls "the biggest online dance battle ever... get ready for the battle of the century!! Adam Sevani (Moose) and I and a bunch of the Step Up 2 crew as well as our friends have challenged Miley Cyrus and Mandy to an online dance battle! Let's blow this thing up and hopefully...unless they're way too scared...they'll respond. The rules to the battle are as follows: there are no rules. They can recruit whoever they want to their crew and we can too.We are the Adam/Chu Dance Crew otherwise known as ACDC. Be Prepared. It's on."
You can check out Jon and Adam's crew, ACDC, in their really funny video below challenging Miley&Mandy to a dancin' duel... if nothing else watch it because of the sick dancing :

You look like a smurf, idiot
And what a whore Jessica Simpson is. Well an attention whore anyway. Selling these pathetic photos to People. Sheesh. It was Tony's birthday party. Isn't anything sacred? I wouldn't exploit you during your birthday celebration, Tony. Can't you just see Tony biting his fingers and thinking to himself "ummm awkward! How embarassing. I need to ditch this Smurfette chick. I wonder if Ruth is in town.." Dope I was! And I will say that as I was driving through Dallas today, I saw a truck that was labeled Romo's Repairs or something of that nature and I faaaa-reaked out and was convinced it was Tony's dad's company... or his uncle or someone. It was a darn Romo and I just knew they could connect me with Tony. Sadly I was thisclose to following that vehicle... anywhere. But I didn't and headed back to Houston. Devil!

Movin' on up?
Houston, TX. Not a city known for, well, much of anything besides NASA, oil, and me. But are we movin' on up in the world?
First, the Jolie-Pitts were here in town today (see pic of them in town this morning) - not freaking kidding - and they were only really seen... leaving a Shell gas station. Gah-reat. That's all we got to show 'em don't we? They're in town supposedly because Bradley is shooting a movie in nearby Austin. I'm all about road trippin' it up there. Anyone in??? Justin Timberlake is also in Tejas currently filming the movie The Open Road in Corpus Christi, so its definitely a hard decision which way to go... Both. Tour of Texas it is!
this current generation's obsession with fame by making it seem like people should compete to be her friend. Sheesh. This is the show's premise:Okay and can I just complain about Monday night television shows real quick? On The Bachelor I have had to drop Robin as my fav - she crazy - and I would say Holly would have to be my frontrunner now. I find Marshana (she think she all that) and Ashlee annoying on every level and am ready for them to go home. Like yesterday. Now The Hills... okay Heidi looks like a plastic robot. Seriously during the entire episode last night she did. Its like the producers told her " look sad, crinkle your forehead in dismay, oh and look plastic" and she did so, wonderfully. Maybe thats why she's a feminist heroine. Blech. But c'mon her fight/angst with Spencer looks so fake. I am not buying it. At least he shaved, though, so he no longer had that flesh-colored-facial-hair-you-can-only-see-it-in-true-sunlight look going on - it totally creeps me out. Plus they need to work a leetle harder on making it look more "real" and less "staged"... Whitney's hair kept changing from blonde to honey light brown and back to blonde again in the same situations, and Audrina's hair blatantly changed multiple times during one conversation with Lauren. Ello MTV! We're amateurs and still catch this stuff. Okay maybe I can be considered a professional... :)
One more tidbit on Monday night television (sorda) : for all you Prison Break fans, not only has it been picked up for a fourth season starting in the fall but Dr Sara Tancredi is returning as well. I know! We all thought she was dead, but supposedly/obviously that was not her head in the box and Sarah Wayne Callies has signed on for the whole season (despite all the bitter contract dramarama that led to her being killed not killed off a year ago). So she is coming back and Michael Scoffield is supposed to be getting some lovin' once again. Wa-hoo.

Have you been Googled today?
Sorry folks. I have absolutely nothing of any importance to blog about today. You know, since I usually post about such profound issues. Happy Monday!
John Mayer posted this (right) on his blog today in response to a seemingly true accusation about him. I find it humorous in and of itself because if he didn't Google himself every day, then how would he know what NYPost online had posted that... this morning??? Insightful, I know. Oh Johnnyboy, you are so transparently obvious. Orrrrr you are just vain and darn funny. I am thinking the latter. But you think your humor is so over our heads.
Ugh. What's worse? Paris Hilton trying to ruin the youth of America... and now inpiring me to go barefoot. Her line of shoes have just been released for purchase (shoe line? huh? who buys these things, right?) and it is tack-eeeee. I mean - how do I say this without gagging - she isn't even up to par with Jessica Simpson on this one. Whew. There I said it. When Jessica Simpson becomes the benchmark to which you strive for, then you know you got trouble. Don't get me wrong, J-dog's shoes ain't no Jimmy Choos... no ma'am... but they definitely have a cute factor to them, unlike the Walmart-trailer-trash-factor that Paris' seem to have. Plus her perfume (unlike even Britney Spears' decent smelling stuff) reminds me a bit of urine. Sheesh. Paris needs to go back to doing... well to whatever she claims to do with her life.

"A girl should be two things : classy and fabulous." - Coco Chanel
Our "favorite" little Hills princess debuted her new fashion line, The Lauren Conrad Collection, yesterday in LA. Sigh oh where to begin. Mind you I am a reluctantly-avid Hills fan... I can't bring myself to miss an episode. However, there is nothing that annoys me more than people who are considered special just because they are famous. Its supposed to be that you become famous because you're special. How did this get so turned around? Oh reality television. Anyways, this is how I feel about Lauren Conrad. If she hadn't to have lived in Laguna all those (three) years ago to therefore be on MTV's Laguna Beach... I promise you there would be no Lauren Conrad fashion line. That's just how I feel. People get famous simply for becoming reality stars and then have all these doors and opportunities open up for them, simply for that reason, not because of their extraordinary talent or abilities. Whew. I will get off my soapbox now. I am not saying she has no talent, I just don't personally think her fashion expertise is all that. Or maybe its just because I am bitter and jealous because I want to become famous so someone will help me start a make up line or any number of dream projects I have rumbling in my head. Which one is it? Its a toss up.
That said, Lauren's fashion line officially debuted in front of the whole Hills crew of course, including - gasp!- Kristin Cavallari. I guess we can say these two have finally kissed and made up? Watch Kristin hook it up with some Brody Jenner at the after party and the feud will begin again! Bahahahaha. Fashion-wise, in my humble opinion me, the clothes were okay but somewhat boring. She tried to dress them up with berets and gloves - seriously? Obviously she was going for a certain look and they look like something Lauren would wear - and does. They almost looked recycled. Oh LoCo. However, below are a few of the looks that caught my eye more than the others...

Celebrity break-ups are just like normal ones - only funner!
Yea! Classic break-up drama. So check out this "message" that John Mayer posted on one of his blogs this week:
"I was sitting in the airport lounge this morning when I started scribbling out lyrics and such...Don't read too far into this on a personal level. (There are no hidden messages)... I just thought it sums up how crazy love can be. Label: celebrities

Scrumptious.
Okay dokay. Mixed em
otions. Emotions mixed. The new extended Sex and The City trailer was just released today. Sigh. I just watched it and am a tad speechless. It is a whole lot more informational than the first trailer... and a bit spoilerific. If you don't want to know what the movie will really be about, than honestly I wouldn't watch it. Of course I had to because I have absolutely no restraint. But that's me. Of course its wonderful... but the movie is not going to be all roses-champagne-and-happy-endings-ish like I'd hoped. Dang you people and your be realistic mentality! Well, New Line has removed all trailers off the internet except for this one for now, so check out the new trailer here.Reason # 463 to hate the Writer's Guild of America strike : We will no longer be seeing Pacey Witter grace the halls of Seattle Grace. As most everyone knew (I mentioned it a few times in anxious anticipation), Joshua Jackson was going to be on Grey's Anatomy for a multi-episode arc as a doctor... to eventually become Christina's love interest. He was to start shooting the week the writer's strike began. Well, that happened and now that its finally over... yep... he's no longer available. Actually the reason is pretty cool - he's busy filming in Vancouver. J.J. Abrams hand-picked Joshua to headline his new X-Files-esque Fox series Fringe - its the most buzzed about new show right now and is supposed to be the most expensive pilot ever produced (Lost previously held this title). However, that means we won't get to see him on Grey's. UGH! Pisses. Me. Off.
Friday Night Lights update : Word on da street is, pending a small huge miracle, it will not be returning to NBC. Yes this is a travesty on many levels. Why am I not crying out loud just yet? Because the other word on street is that the show is being shopped around and other networks seem genuinely interested in picking it up. Now this is always a rumor when a cult-loved show is cancelled and it very rarely happens, but it seems to be a distinct possibility for FNL because it is such goooooood television. The channels that are being included in the discussion are The CW, TNT, DirecTV, and Comcast Entertainment Group (includes E! and G4). It is such a unique, amazing show with unbelievable acting. Seriously the fact that Connie Britton has not won an Emmy, not to mention hasn't even been nominated, is downright preposterous. So if this show does get picked up - by who(m)ever (I hate grammar) - you bettah watch, fool.
I love it that those small Texas county speed traps will catch anyone! If you live outside of Texas - they really do. Including Aaron Carter early this morn. In possession of marijuana. Classy. Who is he? Good question. I think he is still sticking to his my-brother-is-a-now-defunct-Backstreet-Boy-but-I-dated-Lindsay-Lohan-and-Hilary-Duff-in-their-pre-pubescent-years-so-please-still-think-I-am-special claim. Poor thing. Even his dad is ashamed of him. Ouch. The Kimble County police station must be the place for the tweeners to be today... well in Junction, TX that is. Holla!
James McAvoy. Gosh could he be any cuter? I think he is such a brilliant actor. He was the only thing I liked about Becoming Jane, somehow made a faun seem adorable in Chronicles of Narnia, looks breathtaking in Atonement (which we have covered I have not yet seen), and seems to be the only reason I see to go see Penelope. He is just scrumptious. Below is his adorably cute appearance on Jay Leno this week... that Scottish accent... wow... deep breath.... yes ladies he's married. Devil!

OMG I want one!
I thought this was too adorable not to share. So speaking of break dancing, I don't know how this could be any cuter. Guess who is going to be the next Michael Jackson/Justin Timberlake? Cruz Beckham. No surprise there really - I mean he is a Beckham (pause for a moment of repect for Beckham gorgeousness) but he actually has... mad dancing skills? Yes indeed. So precious. There is a youtube vid circling of him at the last night's Spice Girls' Madison Square Garden concert tearing up the floor like a little bboy superstar. Yeah and he isn't even three years old yet. So adorable. Too bad he won't have any doors open to him into the biz. Sigh. Oh these common folk. PSH - yeah right! Talk about Beckham
royalty. You will probably be hearing alot more of him in the years to come... goodness gracious if he looks anything like his father we're in trouble... Isabelle Alman watch out! :) You can check out the amateur video from the concert here.

C is for Crazy Consumers
I have no self control. When I heard that Coach was coming out with cosmetics, to say I rolled my eyes is an understatement. I was quite annoyed. They have the most overpriced products out there - from wallets to scarves to shoes - and so I swore to myself that their make up would be another retarded reason to overcharge consumers for a product covered in "C"s. People will run out and buy it just because its Coach. Maybe I am just a tad bitter because I can't really afford their purses?
Buuuuut... I have actually heard really good things about their lip gloss and when I found out about their Gardenia shade (a light shimmery peachy gold - the one on the left in the pic) all self control and conviction flew out the window. Sheesh. Didn't take much, did it? You can not get them in the Coach stores yet - only online. And yes if you are Miss Moneybags you can buy a cute wristlet to match. For now I will just enjoy my cute new lip gloss. Yes... covered in "C"s.
I love it when celebrities can be funny and make fun of themselves although it happens very seldom. It shows a bit of perspective and class in this self-absorbed, fame-obsessed world. Fergie does just that - watch this its retardedly funny.

"I like my money where I can see it - hanging in my closet" - Carrie
I want to be at Bryant Park right now. Tents, cameras, fabrics, heels, color, stick-insect-models, eye liner, I want to be there. New York Fashion Week 2008. Are there any words to describe my envy for the rich, famous and fashionable at this moment? Nope. I want to see the latest fashions (Monique Lhuillier, Luca Luca, Zac Posen, Rachel Roy, Tracy Reese, Rock & Republic, DVF, Rag & Bone, Vera Wang Lavender, etc), the celebrities all gussied up, and most importantly... the make up lines. Swoon. They are fab beyond fab. And the absolute top make up artists in the world are there. It seems that the smoky eye and nude lip is still the rage (yea! my favorite - they rocked especially at the Boy By Band of Outsiders show) but really light eyes and dark lips have been popping up this week as well (like pale, white eye liners and dark dark lips - like deep burgundies. Errr). And if I were there, I could hang out with people like this (left). I want to be in the middle of that picture. I want to
be their friends. Talk about the coolest chicks ever. Kristen Bell (my words could not do Veronica Mars justice), Sophia Bush (One Tree Hiller who once was married to Chad Michael Murray and dated Tony Romo), Blake Lively (I really like Gossip Girl), and Becki Newton (freaking hilarious genius as Amanda on Ugly Betty). If only I was famous enough to chill at Fashion Week... Sigh. But you know who I have seen has been everywhere? Sophia Bush. I think she is stunningly goregous but girlfriend has been looking fierce in her fashion week outfits hitting tons of labels such as Herve Leger, Rock and Republic, DVF to name a few. Shoot if I was quasi-famous, thats what I would be doing too. Label: celebrities, fashion, TV

You got no fear of the underdog, thats why you will not survive
Not too much has been going on with me the past few days but I feel like they've been busy.
I almost threw up during a movie. I went and saw Cloverfield. I actually thought it was okay and definitely not what I thought it would be - it was based around a love story (awwwww). JJ Abrams' originality is so consistently brilliant its mind boggling. But the Blair-Witch-Project-esque shaky camera work literally made me nauseous. And I don't usually get motion/car/sea sick. But I had to walk out in the middle of it to get my eyes off of the screen, and barely made it through. And then I was nauseous for a while after and had a headache the rest of the night. Seriously. I am glad I saw... but taking into consideration the cost-benefit analysis... I am not sure it was worth it. My advice: don't go on a full stomach.
The more I find out about it, the more I can't wait to see the movie, Jumper. I mean, hello! Darth Vader meets Summer Roberts. Can't fake that kind of "meet cute". Plus Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson are adorable (and dating in real life). But it looks like a great Blockbuster kind of movie. I am excited about it. Jumper comes out on Valentines Day... so I can go enjoy it as I drown my single tears in Peanut M&Ms and Diet Coke.
I literally couldn't sleep last night I was so distraught over John McCain's win over Mitt Romney in the Florida primary yesterday. Sigh. Why can't Mike Huckabee drop out? He isn't going to do anything except take votes away from Romney. Who cared if Guiliani dropped out... he was so 2007. McCain-Lieberman, McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy... do you know what these bills that McCain wrote and promoted entailed? Well you better look into them. This is not a man I want as our candidate. Sadly, thinking of the Democrat alternative is even worse. Every time I think about this whole campaign I get so upset at this point, so I just stop and pray. God is still in control. He is our ultimate authority anyway.
I finally washed my car today. Finally. Poor Betty Boop has been needin' a rub down for a while and it was a beautiful, sunny (yet windy) morning so I went to get an oil change and a wash. She was beautiful and shiny... for five hours. Then it rained. That's why I don't wash my car.
I can not tell you HOW annoyed I am about how the media is treating Heath Ledger. He was a good guy. No not perfect by any means. But seriously. Why are you using all of your time to dig up dirt on him that obviously wasn't significant enough to even come out while he was alive, after he is already gone? It makes no sense to me. It pisses me off. Maybe I won't buy US Weekly Magazine ever again. Whooooooa. Lets not do anything crazy here. Maybe I'll just boycott this week's issue. Yeah... that'll show 'em!
Texas A&M men's basketball team beat Texas tonight, 80-63.Whoop baby!
I almost got eaten by a giant possum tonight. Okay that might be a tad over-dramatization but dang it, it is close. I was standing out by my car talking to my friend Ryan and we look up and see this huge possum on top of the fence in front of our cars. Of course I freaked out. It was creepy looking. Like Princess-Bride-type-animals creepy looking. Yellowish white beady eyes. Long rat tail. And it was big, like medium-sized-dog big. And it wasn't going anywhere. Ryan tried to pull that whole "he is more afraid of us than we are of him" crap but I didn't believe him... especially when he went to yell at it to scare it and even shake the fence... and it DID. NOT. BUDGE. I used Ryan as a human shield as I crept into my car and drove off with a shudder. Gross. I am sure I could have been more mature and shrug the whole thing off once I saw the hideous creature, but well... that just wouldn't be me.
I am heading to Denton tomorrow for a day or two. Another road trip - woo hoo. I obviously haven't had enough quality time on I-45 this month. Its going to be cold up there. Arrrrrr. (But not cold like NYC. Poor Jenn - I think she's freezing her lil Mont Belvieu patootie off!)

Somber
Sigh. Oh where do I begin. It was a rough weekend for my guys. First the Green Bay Packers lose the NFC Championship and therefore ending Brett's glorious season. The mourning I have gone through the past few days has been considerable. What a boring Super Bowl its going to be. Then my dear, wonderful, conservative Duncan Hunter dropped out of the Presidential race on Saturday. Whoa is me. Although I knew in the end he wasn't going to make it, I wanted to be able to vote for him in the Texas primary. Therefore, I was going to blog today about I will fully support Fred Thompson in Duncan's absence because I consider Fred to be the only other candidate in the race to be conservative... BUT... then he announced this afternoon that he, too, was dropping out. UGH! So I do not know what to tell you. I will have to get back to you about my thoughts on the Presidential race now. I have to figure out how to wrap my head around it. NO to McCain. Then to top it all off... it was just released that Heath Ledger died this afternoon. He was found dead in his NYC apartment, apparently having died of a drug overdose (accidental?). There are no words to describe how sad this is. And his two year old little girl, Matilda... just heartbreaking. Heath has been one of my favorite actors, ever since 10 Things I Hate About You and A Knight's Tale and will be seen this summer as the Joker in the Batman prequel, The Dark Knight. So awful and sad. He will be missed.
Somber. I seriously need to go lip gloss shopping or something.

Tom thinks cults are swell
Have you guys seen this? Creeeeeeepy. Maverick wants to talk all about "his" Scientology and how its "a privilege" to be a Scientologist and "you have to earn it". How? Well by learning jedi mind tricks. of course. Who knows. Oh and Tommy says you can also "create a better reality". Huh? Isn't it still... reality? Not if you are teleporting to the Starship Enterprise. Anyways, a ten minute clip (below) has been circulating around of Tom Cruise dicussing his cult...
But if you want to see even more - Gawker has come across lovely raw, uncut footage of Tom receiving a Freedom Medal (free from... ?) at a Scientology ceremony. Its an hour total but looks like some good stuff. And when I say good I mean scary and delusional. What makes it all the better is that Church of Scientology is claiming copyright infringement and has been getting these videos removed off of websites all over the internet... but Gawker refuses to take them down. You can check out the correspondence here. Good for them - I love it! I seriously do not know if I can ever watch this lunatic in a movie ever again (besides of course Top Gun replays on TBS).

So what has your week been like?
Its all about perspective, isn't it? I promise your week has been better than hers. When your sister's teenage pregnancy seems like small potatoes, the police put a restraining order on you to stay away from your one year old son, and even Dr. Phil starts exploiting you, you know you got issues. Thanks to the classy celeb goss ragazines this week, we can experience every step with Brit Brit (which I regret to inform you that I kinda enjoy every word). I am going to try to get off the judgemental band wagon and just pray for this lady. You know homegirl needs it right about now.

Resolution: To be less Fergalicious in 2008
My resolution is the same as Fergie's which is to be less Fergalicious - or I guess in my case less Ruthalicious - because you know I can not be less flossy. Do you have any New Years resolutions for 2008? I don't really do resolutions but you can check out a few of these celebrity ones below... oh Funny or Die... you so funny.
Happy New Year everybody! Believe me that there is no one on this planet looking forward to a new year more than yours truly.

I love me some Dimples
I will start out with what inspired me to finally start blogging again : celebrity gossip. All about the priorities, people. Last week over lunch with my friends, I corrected them when they said that Tony Romo (Dallas Crapboys quarterback) and Jessica Simpson were dating. I mocked them actually. Yes I have (of course) heard that vague tip about them being together over Thanksgiving but it was completely unmerited. There wasn’t much to it. I know celeb goss and I know
truth and bull when I see it. I can differentiate. More importantly I refused to believe there was any way MY (and I say my with all honesty and passionate love in my heart) Tony would cohort with the likes of J Simp.
But… wait for it… I was wrong. I can’t believe my instincts lied to me. I will publicly retract my previous statement because Ruth does not spread inaccurate celebrity gossip. It just don’t happen. So yes… they are dating. Aaaah! What is a world where Dimples starts dating Ditz coming to? He’s supposed to be my Dimples, not hers. Gah! The proof is undeniably right here from this past weekend. The cohorting continues. I was much more happy with him dating Carrie Underwood. Now that’s just precious. But to point out the significance of my love for Dimples, I despise the Dallas Cowboys with every fiber of my being (do NOT get me started on the Green Bay game Thursday… tear.) but I happen to find room in my heart to love him. And oh do I. Let’s hope he dumps J Simple as quickly as Jonnny Mayer (who is now dating one of my favorites – Lyla Garity) did. Sorry Jess I just can’t stand dumb girls. And now the record is set straight.

Geez. Lou. Eeez. Is anyone else tired of this??? Okay we get it already: Britney Spears is a has-been-white-trash-crack-whore who is on (another) fast downward spiral into having no kids, no career ever again and becoming the ultimate E! True Hollywood Story. Give it a rest. Although I have to admit I have always been a supporter and proponent of celebrity gossip, it truly is just becoming ridiculous. I am about to -gasp- stop reading US Weekly. Don't worry I won't do anything drastic as of yet. Below are just a few of the covers Mizz Spears is "gracing" this week... the OK! one looks classiest.

It just got a lil bit hotter up in herrrrr
By now you celebrity goss cronies have already seen these pictures of David and Victoria Beckham from this month’s W magazine that is about to be out, but I am simply… stunned. They are simply too hot for words. Although Posh is a pretty much a plastic robot, how freaking GORGEOUS can one couple be? There are no words for the fierce hotness exuding from David. Who really looks like that? The first set of pics were released yesterday – they were hot enough to leave my jaw on the floor… but the second set released today… speechless. I just haaaaaaad to share them. I am not even doing them justice by talking about them, so I am going to stop. Click on this link to enjoy the full set (definitely PG-13ish – yeah. enjoy. I feel they might be too scandalous for my blog... whatever.). It seems that God just spent a little extra time on them. David officially starts playing for the LA Galaxy this Friday – July 13th. And this photo shoot is just one more reason we are so excited that the Posh n Becks have come to America. Freakin welcome!
