It is a tad extremely sad how much I love Fergie’s song “Glamorous”. Seriously. G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S. I can not get enough of it. It might be a tad three weeks ago but it is in my head all day long not mention it is the ring tone on my phone right now (stop laughing at me). It teaches you to spell for goodness sake so how can it be all bad.
It has also introduced new words into my vocabulary. Like flossy. “Oh the flossy flossy”. What the freak is flossy, right? Well I have come across a new tool that is on the rage with the kids these days: UrbanDictionary.com. It can be a lifesaver in the right situation. I promise you that.
Well Urban Dictionary describes flossy as this: “Extremely flashy or showy… someone that is hot, sexy, or banging.” Great word, huh? If you don’t get the whole jist of the word… we can just use it in a sentence: “Man! That Ruth is so hot. She’s just downright flossy.” Wow so true too.
So, that’s your lesson for today people. Use flossy in a sentence this week. I promise you the 16 year old cashier at Kroger's will think you're the coolest. And please don’t tell me that you never learn anything important from this blog. I think I just proved that’s certainly not true.
